What owners ask first.

How long does switching take?
With Full setup, about a week, and most of it is ours. You hand over an export, we move contacts, jobs, stages and price book, then you spend an hour checking it. On Console you set it up yourself in about 15 minutes, guided by SayDoo, starting from a spreadsheet of your contacts.
I am mid-contract with my current software. Am I stuck?
No. We move your book across and run alongside until your contract lapses. Do not cancel anything until you are sure.
Is the AI going to do something stupid to my customers?
It cannot message anyone until you switch that on, and it arrives switched off. Preview shows exactly what would have gone out, to whom, and when. It only sees what the person asking can see, and it signs every change with their name.
Does the AI see my customers’ details?
No. SAFEST swaps your customers’ names, phone numbers, emails and street addresses for stand-ins before anything goes to the AI, and puts the real ones back before you read the answer. Owners can see a record of every AI request, with the question exactly as the AI saw it.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
We bring your QuickBooks customers in when you start. Most owners keep QuickBooks for the books and run everything up to the invoice in SayDoo.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it. Every contact, job, photo, estimate and invoice exports in a format another system can read, whenever you ask, without a phone call.
What if SayDoo goes under?
You keep running. We give you a full export of your data and a copy of your configured console, with a permanent license to run it for your own business. It’s in the customer agreement.
Is it only for roofers?
No. It was built inside a roofing company, and that is where it is proven. Contacts, jobs, crews, schedules, estimates, invoices and follow-up work the same way for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and landscaping. What changes per trade is the vocabulary, the price book and what the weather agent watches for. Tell us your trade in the form and we will say straight whether you are a fit.
Will my crew actually use it?
It runs in the browser on their phone. No app store, no install. They see today’s jobs and put photos on the job. That is the whole ask.
What will it cost?
